PI-Trial Attorney

Candidates must have *a minimum of ten (10) years* handling personal injury matters, including extensive knowledge and understanding of *New York Labor Law §§ 240(1), 241(6), 200*, and the applicable *Industrial Code provisions*.The ideal candidate has *significant first-chair trial experience*, a strong command of Labor Law litigation, and a proven ability to *settle cases*.Responsibilities include:* Litigating Labor Law/Construction Accident cases and general personal injury matters.* Trying cases to verdict.* Taking and defending depositions.* Negotiating settlements on behalf of client.* Represent clients in court proceedings, take depositions and motion practice.Qualifications:- Ten (10) or more first chair personal injury trials to verdict.- Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school. xijylhu - Admitted to practice law in the State of New York- Ability to litigate and try *LABOR LAW *cases effectively.- Job Type: Full-timePay: $175,000.00 - $250,000.00 per yearBenefits:* Health insurance* Retirement planWork Location: In person
