The ideal candidate will be self- motivated and possess strategic knowledge of planning & scheduling drivers. We are currently running an average of 70 trucks, both OTR & Regional, and have been in business for over 30 years.Annual Salary: starts at $62KBenefits:Medical, Dental & Vision Coverage available after 30 days401k after 6 months.Responsibilities include, but not limited to:Load planning for trucks in the TX OK AR MS regions.Booking loads with existing customers, as well as negotiating broker s rates.Maintaining Trailer Pools in Dallas and Houston.Loading trucks to our Customer freight market.Load Scheduling.Answering emails quickly and efficiently.Answering phones.Honoring Driver s time off request.Being a team player.Shift: (6:00am-3:00pm) Monday Friday. Rotating day Saturday every 4 weeks. xijylhu (No remote work available)All other duties as assignedRequirements:Must have High School or equivalentMcleod TMS system a plusMust be familiar with HOSMust have a minimum of 2 years of verifiable experience in Truckload Transportation.
