We are hiring a full-time year-round *Marine Technician - Lead Sailboat Rigger*. The Lead Rigger we are looking for has *at least 5 years of recreational marine rigging experience* including splicing, swaging, a strong knowledge of sailboat rigging systems and equipment including the installation of hardware.
