If you enjoy variety in your day, being the go-to helper, and contributing to a meaningful mission, you'll love it here.Compensation:$19 - $20 hourlyResponsibilities:Be the warm first impression for residents, families, and visitorsAnswer calls, manage emails, mail, deliveries, and office suppliesSchedule tours and support marketing/administrative projectsManage daily and weekly communication with residents and staffCoordinate new hire onboarding and training documentationMaintain accurate and confidential personnel filesAssist with job postings, interview scheduling, and employee recognitionHelp verify payroll data and track time-off requestsSupport a positive, caring workplace cultureQualifications:Enjoys talking with customers and can communicate through verbal and written channelsPrior experience in office management or our industry is a plusProficient in basic computer software and can quickly learn to use new programsHistory of being deadline-driven and extremely organizedHigh school diploma or GED requiredAbout CompanyStuarts Draft Retirement Community is a locally owned and operated senior living community in the heart of the Shenandoah Valley.
