*Job Summary*Check all associated application documentation thoroughly before clicking on the apply button at the bottom of this description.We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Configuration Management Lead to oversee and support the prototype development phases of design and provide configuration and data management support services to multiple projects and programs.MUST be a US Citizen and ability to carry a clearance*Responsibilities:** Provide Data Management collection, organization, storage, security, and analysis of data to ensure data integrity, accessibility, and compliance with regulations and standards.* Operate and maintain Product Data Management (PDM) systems or documentation vaults to ensure version controls on technical drawings, specifications, firmware and software files.* Manage ongoing efforts to migrate data into the division's Integrated Product Database Management systems (iPDM) for file and document management, automation and reporting.* Ability to advise, counsel, and provide technical direction to user groups regarding the database, tools, dashboards, reporting, service metrics, automation, and service workflow development within iPDM.*Skills:*· Strong communication kills and an analytical mindset with problem solving skills.· Proficiency in Microsoft Office products (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Project).* Experience with 3D modeling software and creation and redline process of 2D drawings for design, prototyping, manufacturing, assembly and documentation required for engineering change proposals.* Knowledge in ANSI, ASME, ASTM, IPC, DoD and other industry standards associated with configuration and data management.* Well-versed in database design, applications and information technology related to the collection, analysis and distribution of controlled data.*Requirements:** Bachelor's degree (B.S.) from an accredited institution with superior academic achievements* 3-5 years of experience with Manufacturing, Product Development, and/or R&D.* Excellent work ethic, and ability to work 8-hour shifts from Monday to Friday.* Must be a US citizen, and have the ability to obtain a security clearance. xijylhu * Ability to pass drug test and background check.*Preferred:** Bachelor's degree (B.S.) in Science Technology, Engineering, Mathematics, or similar*Work Location: *On-site at Indian Head, MD with intermittent teleworkJob Type: Full-timeBenefits:* 401(k)* Dental insurance* Health insurance* Paid time off* Vision insuranceWork Location: In person
