Given the significant amount of time our attorneys spend in court, it is essential that DRL attorneys have an accessible communications style, self-confidence, and a heightened attention to detail. Candidates must also have excellent academic credentials, current California Bar membership, superior research and writing skills and a commitment to collaboration and teamwork.. Actual compensation offered will depend upon a number of factors including, but not limited to years of practice, experience or specialty with relevant subject matters, and business origination. In addition to salaried compensation, the firm provides annual discretionary and business origination bonuses, and a robust offering of health, dental and life insurance, 401k, professional development, and other benefits.
