We're hiring a *Lead HVAC Installer* to take the lead on *both residential and commercial installation projects* as our company continues to grow.*What You'll Do:* Lead HVAC installs on *residential and commercial projects* (furnaces, heat pumps, condensers, air handlers, ductwork, split systems) Guide apprentices and maintain a clean, professional jobsite and appearance Ensure high-quality work that reflects Gibson's reputation as the HVAC leader in the North State Communicate clearly with customers, Contractors, and team members*What You Need:** 5+ years HVAC installation experience (residential, commercial, or both)* Valid CA Driver's License & clean driving record* Ability to lift 50+ lbs, access attics/crawlspaces, climb ladders* Must pass pre-employment screening (as permitted by CA law) and background check* Strong leadership, positive attitude, and pride in workmanship*Perks & Benefits:** *$33-$40/hr DOE** *401(k) with company contribution** *Health, dental, vision insurance** *Paid vacation, paid sick leave, paid holidays**Apply Today!*Submit your resume today.
