Senior PCB Designer - Altium (RF Background)

The ideal candidate must have a strong background in *RF (Radio Frequency) design principles* with minimum *10 years* of experience working with *Altium*.Why Join Us: Be part of cutting-edge projects where you'll design and work on PCBs for high-power RF amplifiers, collaborating directly with industry-leading RF engineers who bring over 30 years of expertise.*The candidate must be US citizen/Green Card Holder.**Responsibilities** Design advanced level control and radio frequency Printed Circuit Boards using Altium, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.* Design 8 to 16 layers of PCBs.* Create detailed schematics and layout designs using Altium.* Create Bill of Material for PCB Assemblies and coordinate with CMs for build.* Ability to place components, perform density analysis, input constraints, route traces.* Collaborate with project managers and engineers to define project requirements and specifications.* Ability to create, from engineering inputs, board mechanical profiles, board fabrication stack-ups, detailed board fabrication drawings and packages, assembly drawings, assembly notes, etc., preferable for the Altium design tool set* Prepare technical documentation, including drafting specifications and PCB layouts.* Provide mentorship to junior designers and assist in their professional development.* Must be willing to work extended and flexible hours to meet critical schedules when necessary*Skills** *Expert Level Proficiency in Altium with strong understanding of RF engineering principles and practices.** Knowledge of signal integrity design constraints encompassing differential pairs, impedance control, high speed, EMI, and ESD.* Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment while managing multiple projects simultaneously.* Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
