You'll enjoy a collaborative, team-first environment with the flexibility to work from home as needed"”and the chance to lead complex and rewarding projects across the Northeast and Florida.*Responsibilities:** Lead production and design of *building electrical systems* including lighting, power distribution, and low-voltage systems* Manage electrical projects from *concept through construction** Review submittals, write specifications, and perform *construction administration and site visits** Collaborate with architects and engineers in *multi-disciplinary project teams** Provide technical oversight and mentoring to junior engineers* Ensure designs follow *NEC, local codes, and industry standards**Qualifications:** *PE license required* (multi-state licensure a plus)* *6-10 years* of experience in electrical building systems design* Proficiency in *Revit and AutoCAD** *Excellent communication* and project leadership skills* Knowledge of *MEP coordination*, *site inspections*, and code compliance* Must be able to *work in-office/hybrid* in Portland, ME and travel periodically to job sites and client meetings* Experience in *construction administration* and *client-facing roles* is essential* A *passionate problem-solver* who takes pride in high-quality work* Previous experience with K-12, higher education, healthcare, civic, and commercial facility design*Why WBRC?*We're a 60-person A/E firm with over 120 years of history and a commitment to the future.
