This isnt a Truss Shop from the 1970s; this is highly automated, innovative technology that builds for efficiency and accuracy. In the process, we can turn the manufacturing industry upside down, build incredible products, and Supply Happiness.Here are the details:Stacking/loading of Wall Panels, Floor Trusses, Roof Trusses, and other building componentsShape or cut materials to specified measurements, using hand tools, machines and/or power sawsStage pre-picked material in the defined locations in or around the production facility yard using forklift equipmentUnload stock lumber and sheathing products from inbound delivery trucks and place them in the designated stock locationsMaintain material storage areas to ensure that inventory is protectedRead and interpret drawings and build to specifications providedStacking and loading our semi loadsMust have a love for the outdoors! Yes, 70 degree fall days and -15 degree blizzards! This is an active role outside in the yard with minimal inside work.Operate forklift to handle and load material for the production saws and production linesAll other duties as assignedYOUR PRIOR WORK EXPERIENCEExperience with hand and power toolsExperience with reading building plansReading and understanding of tape measureYour background involves putting customers firstYou have been a HUGE contributor to the success of a teamYou are uniquely you and bring something to the table that no one else canYou have done some great things that dont necessarily fall into the career path above but thats what makes you cool!
