The position involve daily client contact, client medical evaluations, demand writing and negotiating with adjusters. Earning potential is unlimited as all attorneys have a base income but share in the success of the firm by earning a percentage of the cases they resolve. There is no limit to the amount of income an attorney can earn. This is a great opportunity to get paid based on performance and be part of a very successful and growing law firm. Our phone rings all day with new potential cases. The atmosphere is client based but very casual, we care about our clients. Semi-remote work is a possibility.Ideal applicant will have some experience either on the plaintiff side or the defense side handling pre-litigating injury cases.
