*Position Overview*Have you got what it takes to succeed The following information should be read carefully by all candidates.We are seeking a skilled Licensed Architect to join our professional design team. This position offers the opportunity to lead and contribute to innovative architectural projects, collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, and play a key role in delivering high-quality design solutions for our clients. The Architect will report to the Executive Vice President of Design.*Key Responsibilities*· Lead and assist in the design and development of architectural projects from concept through construction documents.· Prepare detailed drawings, specifications, and presentations using industry-standard software (Revit, AutoCAD, SketchUp).· Coordinate with engineers, consultants, and contractors to ensure design intent and compliance with codes and regulations.· Participate in client meetings and provide design leadership.· Conduct site visits and oversee construction administration tasks.· Support project scheduling, budgeting, and quality control processes.· Prepare to mentor other staff and contribute to team development.Qualifications· Education: Professional degree in Architecture (B.Arch or M.Arch) from an accredited institution.· Licensure: Active architectural license in the state of Tennessee (or ability to obtain promptly).· Experience: 5+ years of architectural design experience in a professional setting.· Technical Skills: Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, and Adobe Creative Suite; strong knowledge of building codes and construction practices.· Soft Skills: Strong design sense, communication skills, and ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.· Preferred Experience:o Experience with commercial, institutional, or mixed-use projects.o Familiarity with sustainable design principles and LEED accreditation is a plus.*Compensation & Benefits*· Salary: $95,000-$120,000 paid weekly.· Bonus program for each design employee:o 10% of the mark-up of employee's actual billed hours for the previous month (payable on the second payroll cycle of the following month)· End of Year Holiday Bonus. ($250 years 1-2. $500 years 3-4. $1000 years 5-6. $1500 years 7+)· 401(k) with a company match up to 4% of monetary compensation. (Value of benefit estimated at $X in year 1.)· Company Sponsored Health-Care Plan. (Company covers 30% of monthly premium.
