If you're passionate about protecting people, improving processes, and driving environmental responsibility, this role puts you at the center of it all. You'll combine *hands-on shop floor engagement* with *data-driven strategy* to strengthen our safety culture, ensure regulatory compliance, and advance our sustainability goals across the organization.*What You'll Do** *Lead and improve safety programs* aligned with OSHA and company standards.* *Identify and mitigate hazards* through risk assessments, JSAs, and ergonomic evaluations.* *Drive incident investigations* and implement corrective actions.* *Deliver engaging safety training* for employees and contractors.* *Conduct audits and inspections* to ensure compliance at all levels.* *Manage safety documentation*, KPIs, OSHA logs, and reporting.* *Support sustainability initiatives* in energy, waste, water, and carbon reduction.* *Track and analyze sustainability metrics* to drive measurable improvements.* *Support ISO 14001 compliance* and environmental management systems.* *Collaborate with engineering and operations* to integrate safety and sustainability into new processes and projects.* *Contribute to ESG reporting* and corporate sustainability commitments.*What You Bring** Knowledge of *OSHA, EPA, ISO 14001/45001* standards.* Experience in *manufacturing or industrial environments*.* Strong analytical skills with the ability to spot trends and drive improvements.* Excellent communication skills and a *hands-on, shop-floor-first mindset*.* Preferred: *CHMM, LEED Green Associate*, Lean/Six Sigma, or sustainability reporting experience.* Experience with *Scope 2 & 3 emissions*, *CSRD*, and *COâ‚‚ reduction projects.** Bachelor's degree in safety, environmental, chemical, or industrial engineering (or related field).*Why Heraeus Electro-Nite?*You'll join a global leader committed to innovation, responsibility, and continuous improvement.
