We are seeking a motivated and experienced Lead Pest Control Technician to join our team.Apply (by clicking the relevant button) after checking through all the related job information below.Job Description: As a Lead Pest Control Technician at Flatliners Pest Control, you will be responsible for performing residential pest control services, identifying pest issues, and providing expert solutions to ensure the comfort and safety of our customers. In addition to pest control, the role requires expertise in arbor care, focusing on pest and disease management for trees and shrubs. You will play an essential role in delivering high-quality service while maintaining the highest safety and environmental standards.Key Responsibilities:Perform residential pest control services for common pests, including ants, rodents, termites, and more.Conduct inspections of properties to identify potential pest issues and develop appropriate treatment plans.Provide arbor care services, including pest and disease management for trees and shrubs.Safely apply pesticides, herbicides, and other treatments, as necessary.Keep accurate records of services rendered, treatments applied, and customer interactions.Maintain and operate pest control equipment in a safe and efficient manner.Ensure compliance with all state and local regulations, including pesticide application standards.Qualifications:Minimum of 3 years of experience in pest control or a related field.Valid C1, C2, C3, and C6 pest control license. Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.Knowledge of residential pest control practices and techniques.Expertise in arbor care, including pest and disease management for trees and shrubs.Strong communication and customer service skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills.Must be comfortable with working outdoors and in various weather conditions.Employer pays 50% of medical insurance for employee after 90 day review. xijylhu  Company vehicle will be provided. **PLEASE DO NOT APPLY IF YOU DO NOT MEET ALL REQUIREMENTS**
