Job DescriptionJob DescriptionJob Summary Applies or releases chemical solutions or gases and set traps to remove pests and vermin that infest buildings and surrounding areas.Not sure what skills you will need for this opportunity Simply read the full description below to get a complete picture of candidate requirements.General Accountabilities Inspects buildings and premises for signs of pests or infestation.Identifies the pest and the best ways to control and remove it.Measures the dimensions of the area needing treatment.Estimates the cost of services.Works both indoors and outdoors and often in tight spaces that may require crawling or kneeling.Uses baits and set traps to remove or kill pests.Applies pesticides in and around buildings and other structures.Designs and carries out pest management plans.Drives trucks equipped with power spraying equipment.Creates barriers to prevent pests from entering a building.Directs or assists other workers in treatment or extermination processes to eliminate or control rodents, insects, or weeds.Drives truck equipped with power spraying equipment.Educates clients on techniques for reducing pest problems.Cuts or bores openings in building or surrounding concrete, access infested areas, insert nozzle, and inject pesticide.Complies with all safety and environmental laws and regulations.Cleans work site after completion of job.Maintains accurate records. xijylhu *The company reserves the right to add or change duties at any time.
