In addition to wildlife control, we offer top-tier pest control services, often partnering with other companies in the valley to deliver specialized treatments beyond their scope.About the RoleWe're excited to add a Hybrid Wildlife & Pest Specialist to our team. This hands-on role blends wildlife control, minor construction repairs, pest management, and sales outreach. Each day is different, and you'll work both independently and as part of a supportive team.The ideal candidate is adaptable, physically fit, solution-oriented, and thrives in Las Vegas's climate extremes. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys a challenge, is motivated by performance, and isn't afraid to hustle or educate customers on the value of our services.Key ResponsibilitiesConduct inspections and sales to residential and commercial clients (office-generated)Trap, handle, and transport nuisance wildlife humanely and safelyComplete minor construction repairs (e.g., rodent or bird exclusion, sealing entry points)Assist with a small general pest control routeIdentify signs of pest activity, entry points, and structural defectsCommunicate clearly with customers about their pest concerns and our treatment approachEducate clients about long-term prevention strategies and products usedPerform door-to-door & B2B outreach to generate new businessUse ladders to access roofs, attics, and crawl spacesEducate customers about prevention and treatment plans with confidenceDeliver exceptional service with a problem-solving mindset QualificationsExperience with rodent and pigeon exclusion preferredConstruction or handiwork skills requiredProficient in the use of A-frame and extension laddersStrong verbal and written communication skillsComfortable working outdoors in extreme temperatures (20°ree;-115°ree;F)Able to carry 20-30 lb backpack sprayer and work in attics or crawl spacesCan climb ladders up to 28 feet (250 lb limit)Clean 3-year driving record (no exceptions)Must enjoy being outdoors and interacting with wildlifeNot a Fit If You...Avoid teamwork or outdoor laborAre afraid of heights or confined spacesAre uncomfortable around animals or pestsPrefer a desk job or dislike performance-based goalsWhat We OfferCompetitive hourly pay + commissionCompany vehicle, gas card, and company phonePaid holidays, PTO, and vacation timeHealth benefits stipend + optional supplemental insurance401(k) with company matchPaid training & continued educationIncentives, team contests, and a fun, growth-focused cultureJoin the SquadIf you're looking for more than just a job"”and want to make a real impact while building a career"”we'd love to connect.
