As the primary face of the organization, we count on our technicians to deliver exceptional service, maintain a positive attitude, and meet daily service delivery objectives safely and efficiently.  General Duties:Treat homes and businesses for the prevention and/or control of general pests, according to industry best practices and federal, state, and local guidelinesCreate a positive company image with each customer interaction, while creating a lifelong client relationshipLook for ways to add value to existing customers through discussing additional services that meet their needsComplete all required service-related documentation and utilize handheld devices to enhance service qualityFollow daily route schedule to ensure a safe and timely arrival at all customer locationsRespond to all customer requests in a professional mannerInvestigate attics, crawl spaces, and other areas to access any active problems, while properly identifying pests and conducive conditionsResolve service problems and customer complaints in a timely mannerEnsure equipment is properly maintained and safety requirements are metFollow the safety data sheet instructions for dilution, methods for application, and use of personal protective equipment (PPE)Adhere to state requirements, xijylhu code of conduct and company ethicsJob Qualifications:3-5 years of professional experienceHigh School degree or equivalent. Registered Technician (RT) certification/Certified Applicator (CA) preferredValid driver's license with reliable transportationFlexible schedule; comfortable working weekends and after-hours as neededSuccessful completion of a background check and drug screeningRequired Skills:Basic computer knowledgeStrong verbal communication skills and ability to build rapport/credibility with customersPossess a "can do" attitude with a strong work ethic
