As a Pest Specialist you will provide pest control for residential homes and commercial establishments by identifying potential pest problems, conducting inspections, while designing and implementing control strategies to resolve all of a customer's pest control needs.Essential Functions and ResponsibilitiesBeing prompt to scheduled appointments.Inspect the property, determine problem, and implement the most effective solution.Identify different species of roaches, rodents, ants, and other household pestsOperate and maintain spraying equipment, bait gun, power fogger and other equipment for applying pesticidesMaintain knowledge of applicable laws, rules and regulations governing pesticide application.Document/Record all information by filling out all company inspection forms, in accordance with Company procedures.Effectively communicate with customers and office staff.Thoroughly and efficiently gather customer information, access and fulfill customer needs, educate the customer where applicable in order to prevent future pest infestationsParticipate in routine maintenance of Company vehicle and equipment.Practice workplace safety procedures as outlined in the Company's Safety Manual.Operate company vehicle in a safe and effective manner in order to minimize the risk of injury, property damage or loss of life.Clean vehicles as scheduled and/or required.Dress Professionally. Maintain company uniforms in neat and professional manner.
