Job DescriptionJob DescriptionJob descriptionDo you have the skills to fill this role Read the complete details below, and make your application today.Kingsville Family Services is seeking a skilled clinician, supervisor, and administrator with an extensive background in counseling and educational services in therapy experience to act as our Clinical Director with our Substance Abuse Program. The Clinical Director will oversee the delivery of treatment, coordination of care, treatment planning and proper documentation of all service delivery for consumers receiving outpatient clinical services. They will also provide weekly board approved clinical supervision for staff along with formal and informal feedback to all supervisees and provide a quarterly written evaluation of supervisees' progress. The Clinical Director will be responsible for agency representation, contract monitoring and billing requirements to ensure comprehensive service deliver.Essential Functions Specific Job Functions/Responsibilities:Provide assessments and case management to client caseloadsDevelop, update, and implement clinical procedures in accordance with DBHDS.Ensure billing is following DBHDS and Medicaid standards.Provide individual and group clinical supervision of mental health staff.Assist staff and interns with urgent clinical situations and provide supervisory crisis coverageMay provide individual, family therapy as neededFacilitate the day-to-day operations of the Substance Abuse Treatment programs.Provide supervision and leadership for assigned practitioners to include overseeing all work products, assisting with new hire onboarding & compliance, creating and managing schedules, conducting performance reviews & counseling, etc.Provide (1) one-hour individual weekly to assigned superviseesProvide (1) one-hour group monthly to assigned superviseesResponsible for overall clinical coordination and case management of clients, to include medical, counseling, psychological evaluations, medication evaluations, educational, vocational, recreational services and more.Qualifications:Master's degree.Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) or Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC).ASAM CertifiedA minimum of one (1) year of successful clinical work experience with adults 21 years old and older that abuse substances in the field of institutional management, social work, education or other allied discipline.Registration with the Virginia State Licensing board required. 12 VAC 35-105-420.Strong knowledge of the Medicaid billing process.Extensive clinical experience working with youth, families, and substance abuse.Collaborative and team oriented.Demonstrates strong problem-solving, communication, and leadership skillsExcellent organizational skills, ability to manage multiple tasks and meticulous attention to detail.Computer literacy required (MS word, MS excel, MS PowerPoint and MS Project). xijylhu Willing to travel to support clinical and foundation activities.Job Type: Full-timeSalary: $62,500.00 - $80,000.00 per yearBenefits: Health insuranceLife insurancePaid time off Medical specialties: Addiction Medicine Schedule: Self-determined schedule Ability to commute/relocate: Midlothian, VA 23112: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required) Education: Master's
