This is a hands-on, field-based position responsible for driving sales, managing retail relationships, and ensuring strong in-store execution across assigned accounts.This position is ideal for someone with grocery, CPG, or DSD experience who is comfortable being in stores daily and takes ownership of their territory like a business.Key ResponsibilitiesOwn sales performance within an assigned territoryBuild and maintain strong relationships with store managers, buyers, and vendor partnersWrite and process customer orders as needed (daily/weekly)Open and activate new accounts within the territoryGrow existing accounts through additional placements, new items, and brand introductionsSupport retail initiatives including new item launches, displays, promotions, and resetsEnsure Rainforest products are well-merchandised, in stock, and presented to company and store standardsMonitor inventory levels to minimize out-of-stocks and returnsCoordinate with store teams on inventory, promotions, and seasonal programsSubmit daily photo documentation and brief recaps as requestedParticipate in meetings, training, and ongoing development with the Rainforest team What We're Looking ForMust-Have Qualifications3+ years' experience in grocery, CPG, DSD sales, or merchandisingExperience calling on grocery stores (regional chains or independents preferred)Comfortable working in the field 5 days per weekLives within the assigned territory (no relocation)Valid driver's license and clean driving recordComfortable driving daily and working in refrigerated/frozen environments when neededAble to lift up to 50 lbs as part of in-store executionStrong communication skills and comfort using technology (email, Slack, smartphone tools)PreferredNatural / organic food industry experienceExperience managing multiple accounts within a defined territorySelf-starter who can work independently while collaborating with a teamCompensation & Benefits$1,000 weekly guaranteed draw, plus commission (total compensation based on performance)Company vehicle providedGas, tolls, and vehicle maintenance coveredHealth insuranceDental insurance401(k) with company matchingPaid time offSchedule & Work EnvironmentFull-time, Monday-FridayIn-person, field-based roleTerritory travel required within assigned regionWhy Join Rainforest?At Rainforest Distribution, we invest in our people.
