We are looking for an energetic and customer-focused Restaurant Service to join our team and help create memorable dining experiences.Check out the role overview below If you are confident you have got the right skills and experience, apply today.Job ResponsibilitiesGreet guests promptly and warmly; provide menus and explain daily specials.Take food and beverage orders accurately and enter them into the POS system.Deliver food and drinks in a timely manner while ensuring accuracy and quality.Provide recommendations on menu items and answer guest questions about ingredients, spice levels, and traditional Mexican dishes.Maintain knowledge of all menu items, promotions, and restaurant policies.Check in with guests regularly to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns.Handle payment transactions and provide correct change/receipts.Collaborate with kitchen staff and other team members to ensure smooth service.Keep tables, service areas, and workstations clean and organized.Follow all food safety, sanitation, and hygiene guidelines.Represent the restaurant with professionalism and a positive attitude. RequirementsBilingual in Spanish and English (required).Previous serving experience preferred, especially in a fast-paced or casual dining environment.Excellent communication and customer service skills.Ability to multitask, stay organized, and work well under pressure.Friendly, outgoing personality with a strong focus on hospitality.Ability to stand and walk for long periods; lift up to 25 lbs as needed.Must be at least 18 years old or meet local age requirements for serving alcohol. xijylhu Flexible availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
