We offer a full suite of integrated technologies"”ranging from security and CCTV to whole-home automation"”with a focus on creating exceptional customer experiences. Duties & Responsibilities: Responsible for with all aspects of onsite programming, orientation and activations of systemsEnd-to-end system configuration, programming, commissioning, and client orientationAV Multi Room Audio and Home TheaterControl4Lutron Shading and LightingWi-Fi Network SolutionsAccess ControlCCTVResidential Burglar SystemsBuild and Install AV RackBasic installations may be performed with little supervisionManage van stock and tools as well as van maintenance and appearanceRun low voltage wires in new construction as necessaryTrim out equipment as necessaryCommunicate effectivelyCustomer service, including the ability to work with high profile and high demand customersGuardianship and preservation of client confidentiality and network/home securityAdherence to state and federal laws, including adherence to traffic laws Qualifications: 1-3+ years of experience in low-voltage, security, or AV system installation (residential or light commercial)Bonus points for commercial fire system knowledge or NICET certificationStrong troubleshooting and low-voltage wiring skillsAbility to read basic blueprints or site documentationTech-savvy mindset with the desire to learn new platforms and systemsExcellent communication skills and a customer-first approachSelf-starter with strong organizational habitsValid driver's license and clean background checkStrive to exceed estimated time objectives for yourself Additional Requirements:Flexibility to meet customer demands by working overtime when requiredAbility to work in tight spaces & at ladder heightValid driver's license, clean driving record, and criminal backgroundWhy You Want to Work with Us:Because you want a career, not just a job.
