They work with our sales staff and management to meet our clients' expectations. They have expertise in precious metals and gemstones and have strong craftsmanship to ensure our high quality standards are met. Perform jewelry repairs including ring sizing, soldering, stone setting, prong re-tipping, chain and clasp repair, and polishing/finishing.Execute custom jewelry work, fabrication, and restoration as needed. Inspect, diagnose, and estimate repair needs for the customer, and store-owned jewelry. Ensure all repairs and custom work are completed to company quality standards and within established timelines.Handle and work with precious metals, diamonds, and gemstones with care and accuracy. Maintain an organized work bench, tools, and equipment in safe and efficient condition.Collaborate with team members to provide excellent customer service and support sales efforts. Other related duties as assigned. What are we looking for in a Bench Jeweler?Professional experience as a bench jeweler, or related experience.
