Diamond Cellar is dedicated to our employees - we foster a supportive and fun working environment which has led to a loyal team of employees who have been with us for decades.If you would like to know a bit more about this opportunity, or are considering applying, then please read the following job information.What will you do as a Bench Jeweler at Diamond Cellar?Our Bench Jewelers are responsible for performing a wide range of jewelry repair and manufacturing tasks with precision and extreme attention to detail. They work with our sales staff and management to meet our clients' expectations. They have expertise in precious metals and gemstones and have strong craftsmanship to ensure our high quality standards are met. Perform jewelry repairs including ring sizing, soldering, stone setting, prong re-tipping, chain and clasp repair, and polishing/finishing.Execute custom jewelry work, fabrication, and restoration as needed. Inspect, diagnose, and estimate repair needs for the customer, and store-owned jewelry. Ensure all repairs and custom work are completed to company quality standards and within established timelines.Handle and work with precious metals, diamonds, and gemstones with care and accuracy. Maintain an organized work bench, tools, and equipment in safe and efficient condition.Collaborate with team members to provide excellent customer service and support sales efforts. Other related duties as assigned. What are we looking for in a Bench Jeweler?Professional experience as a bench jeweler, or related experience.
