Plumbing/HVAC Foreman - Commercial

*Plumbing Foreman Job Summary:*Do not pass up this chance, apply quickly if your experience and skills match what is in the following description.Kuehne Construction Inc., has an opening for a Commercial Plumbing Foreman to take the lead on our large plumbing projects. You will oversee our plumbing team for installs, maintenance, and repairs of our clients' plumbing systems. Before the project begins, you will review blueprints with management to ensure you understand the scope, budget, and required timelines. You will travel to work sites and delegate tasks to team members. Our ideal candidate has at least five years of experience as a Journeyman Plumber, including supervisory roles.*Plumbing Foreman Duties and Responsibilities** Review blueprints and confirm the project scope, budget, and timeline* Delegate tasks to team members* Oversee the daily construction activities at the work site(s), including scheduling of workers, delivery of equipment and materials and progress of the project.* Document materials and equipment use, as well as any problems that arise.* Produce regular status reports for upper management* Direct and supervise the planning, layout, installation, testing, cleaning, startup and/or renovation of all types of plumbing and medical gas systems and related equipment in accordance with all applicable plans, specifications, codes, and industry standards. xijylhu * Direct and supervise the field measurement and layout of plumbing systems, the assembly and installation of shop-fabricated plumbing assemblies, the proper installation of supports and hangers for plumbing, medical gas and equipment, chlorination of potable water systems and the testing of plumbing and medical gas systems for leaks to ensure compliance with all requirements as specified by the engineer and manufacturer of systems and equipment*Plumbing Foreman Requirements and Qualifications** High school diploma or GED certificate* Completion of a plumbing certificate program or apprenticeship* 5+ years of professional plumbing experience; supervisory roles a plus* Excellent communication and organizational skills* Reliable transportation* Flexible schedule* Clean and valid Driver's License* OSHA 10* EPA Universal is a plus, but not required./*Pay is subject to change as prevailing wage would be a pay factor to be implemented into pay.Job Type: Full-timeExperience:* Commercial Foreman Plumbing: 5 years (Required)License/Certification:* Driver's License (Required)Work Location: On the road
