Litigation Attorney experienced in Employment Law Defense, Civil Busines & Commercial law and Franchise law to join our dynamic and congenial legal team. This role offers the opportunity to play a key role in complex litigation cases, provide strategic legal counsel, and legal advise and assistance to our businesses and individuals individual clients on a broad range of legal issues within a collaborative office environment headed by Martindale Hubble AV Preeminent Rated lead partner Ken Roberts.*Duties** Manage and oversee litigation and arbitration of cases from inception through resolution including interfacing with clients.* Conduct comprehensive legal research utilizing Westlaw and Co-Counsel AI legal research tools to support and develop case strategy and argument development.* Draft and review legal documents including pleadings, motions, contracts, and other legal documents as required by clients.* Develop case strategies by analyzing facts, applying relevant laws, and preparing for negotiations or court proceedings.* Represent clients in court proceedings, depositions, mediations, and settlement negotiations with professionalism and confidence.* Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and provide sound legal advice tailored to their specific circumstances.*Experience** Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.* Admission to the state bar with a valid license to practice law.* Proven experience in litigation within employment defense or civil business sectors preferred.* Strong writing skills with the ability to produce clear and persuasive legal documents.* Mediation and and dispute resolution techniques. xijylhu Pay: $125,000.00 - $195,000.00 per yearBenefits:* 401(k)* Flexible schedule* Health insurance* Paid time off* Professional development assistanceExperience:* litigation: 5 years (Preferred)Location:* Woodland Hills, CA (Preferred)Ability to Commute:* Woodland Hills, CA (Preferred)Work Location: Hybrid remote in Woodland Hills, CARemote working/work at home options are available for this role.
