If you're energized by complex real property work, curious about mobile home foreclosures, and looking for a team that values clarity, collaboration, and growth, you may have just found your next landing spot.*What You'll Do*You'll represent our lending and servicing clients in an array of real-property-focused matters throughout California. Expect hands-on work and plenty of variety. Your daily adventures may include:* Represent lending and servicing clients in foreclosure, title curative and litigation matters* Learning and managing the specialized mobile home foreclosure process* Researching laws and regulations, preparing pleadings, and managing case strategy* Appearing at hearings, taking depositions, and assisting in trial preparation* Communicating directly with clients and internal leadership* Work in a high-volume, fast-paced environment while meeting firm and client deadlines*Requirements** Active membership in the State Bar of California* Ideally 3+ years of experience in the mortgage default industry* Familiarity with real property title issues* Background in litigating real property matters* Willingness to learn niche mobile home foreclosure procedures*Skills & Abilities** Strong research and writing skills* Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Word, and Adobe* Experience with legal xijylhu systems including PACER and Lexis* Excellent multitasking and time-management abilities* Strong communication skills, both written and verbal* Ability to prioritize competing demands in a fast-paced environment* Detail-oriented, organized, and adaptable* Solid problem-solving skills with the ability to escalate issues appropriately* Reliable, professional, and team-oriented work styleJob Type: Full-timePay: $90,000.00 - $110,000.00 per yearBenefits:* 401(k)* 401(k) matching* Health insurance* Life insurance* Paid time off* Vision insuranceWork Location: In person
