The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience in bankruptcy law, along with a strong background in various legal disciplines including estate planning, environmental law, family law, and litigation. This role offers an opportunity to work in a dynamic law office environment, providing expert legal counsel to clients navigating complex bankruptcy proceedings. The successful applicant will demonstrate exceptional research, writing, and negotiation skills, contributing to the effective resolution of cases while maintaining the highest standards of legal practice.*Duties** Represent clients in bankruptcy proceedings, ensuring compliance with federal and state laws * Conduct comprehensive legal research using Westlaw, LexisNexis, and other legal research tools to support case strategies * Draft and review legal documents such as petitions, motions, and pleadings with precision and clarity * Negotiate settlements and resolutions on behalf of clients across various areas including estate planning, family law, securities law, and tribal law & regulations * Advise clients on related legal issues such as estate planning, environmental law, landlord-tenant disputes, personal injury claims, workers' compensation law, and immigration law * Manage case files efficiently within a law office setting and coordinate with other legal professionals as needed * Stay updated on current laws and regulations affecting bankruptcy and related practice areas * Provide expert guidance on litigation strategies and courtroom procedures when necessary*Qualifications** Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school with active bar membership in relevant jurisdictions * Proven experience practicing bankruptcy law with familiarity in estate planning, environmental law, family law, securities law, patent law, and other related fields * Strong research skills utilizing Westlaw, LexisNexis, and other legal research platforms * Excellent writing skills xijylhu for drafting legal documents and correspondence * Demonstrated negotiation abilities to achieve favorable client outcomes * Legal administrative experience managing case workflows efficiently within a busy law office environment * Ability to handle complex litigation matters with professionalism and attention to detail * Experience in legal drafting and comprehensive understanding of legal procedures across multiple practice areasThis position offers a challenging yet rewarding opportunity for a dedicated attorney eager to make a meaningful impact within a reputable legal practice.Pay: From $72,000.00 per yearWork Location: Hybrid remote in Los Angeles, CA 90012
