Cardinal McCloskey Community Services is seeking a dedicated Clinical Supervisor of Behavioral Health to join our team and help shape the future of care for children, adults, and families.Responsibilities:Oversee the delivery of individual and family therapy, as well as crisis intervention services.Ensure clinical services meet the highest standards of care and comply with Office of Mental Health (OMH) regulations.Provide direct supervision to clinicians and interns, fostering professional growth and excellence in clinical practice.Participate in bi-weekly supervision with the Clinic Director and Administrative Director to support alignment with program goals.Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure coordinated and effective care.Requirements:Master's level clinician with a degree in social work, LCSW requiredMinimum three years' experience in a clinic serving children/adolescents and families and one year as a supervisor.
