The practice is in Supreme, Civil and Administrative courts involving various types of Real estate litigation, Coop/ Condo Board representation and challenges to the Board, derivative actions, fraudulent conveyances of real property, mortgage foreclosure, nuisance abatement actions, yellowstone injunctions, guaranty suits, discrimination, boutique commercial landlord -tenant litigation, Administrative proceedings, commercial leasing, Board related documents , closings and more. The candidate should have a strong background in litigation with excellent writing skills, and be prepared to be flexible in terms of handling varied and interesting cases.
