As we prepare for expansion in 2026, we are looking for a seasoned Litigation Attorney with 5+ years of experience who wants to do high-level work. You will manage a diverse civil litigation caseload from initial intake through trial. This is a role for someone who enjoys the challenge of litigation and thrives when given independence.*Key Responsibilities:** Manage civil litigation files from inception to resolution.* Conduct sophisticated legal research and draft high-quality pleadings, motions, and discovery.* Represent clients in court hearings, mediations, and trials.* Take and defend depositions with confidence.* Negotiate settlements that align with client goals.*Who You Are** *Experienced:* You have at least 5 years of civil litigation experience.
