HVAC Field Supervisor

We are looking for someone who wants to grow, take on more responsibilities, to help the field team learn, grow, and perform better. This person will need to have strong client interaction skills, ability to train and work well with others, and to increase conversion and average ticket with the field team. Knowledge of other trades are a plus.This role requires mechanical knowledge and the ability to troubleshoot various HVAC-related issues effectively. The supervisor will work both independently and as part of team, to ensure each field team member is growing, and to support the manager in all systems safety standards.*Responsibilities** Coach and train field team co-workers* Assist in adding team members to meet the company goals in growth* Maintain, diagnose, offer upgrades, and repair HVAC systems in residential and commercial settings.* Diagnose and troubleshoot HVAC issues using schematics and technical manuals.* Meet or exceed standard company conversion and revenue expectations.* Collaborate with other service technicians to complete complex projects efficiently.* Provide excellent customer service by communicating clearly with clients regarding their HVAC needs.* Maintain accurate records of service performed and parts used during repairs.* Adhere to safety protocols while working with ammonia refrigeration systems and other hazardous materials.* Assist in the design of HVAC systems as needed, ensuring compliance with local codes and regulations.* Be on time every day.* Want to grow with the company.*Qualifications** Proven experience as a service technician or mechanic in the HVAC field.* 5 Years experience, with proven performance minimum, any more is a plus.* Familiarity with gas, heat pumps, air conditioning systems, oil is a plus* Ability to read and interpret schematics related to HVAC systems.* Experience in field sales, presenting options* Knowledge of boiler systems.* Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.* Able to work independently or with a team* Clean Valid driver's license is required for travel to job sites.* EPA 608 Certification IS A MUST* Must be able to pass a drug test. xijylhu If you are looking for an opportunity for advancement in your career, this is it.
