We believe that skilled technicians deserve a supportive environment where they can grow and master new technologies.Position OverviewWe're looking for a dependable and motivated Diesel Technician / Fleet Mechanic to join our maintenance team. If you take pride in quality work, have a strong attention to detail, and are eager to learn every aspect of fleet maintenance"”not just specialize in one area"”you'll fit right in.Key ResponsibilitiesPreventative Maintenance· Perform routine maintenance including oil and filter changes, tire service, and brake adjustments.· Inspect and maintain lighting, electrical, and air systems.Diagnostics & Repairs* Diagnose and repair issues related to brakes, wheel seals, and suspension systems (airbags, leaf springs, steering, and kingpins).* Conduct driveline repairs such as U-joint and pinion seal replacements.* Diagnose engine performance issues (leaks, injector faults, loss of power).* Perform injector service and valve adjustments.Specialized Systems & Training* Learn and maintain EGR and DPF systems (training provided).* Assist with lift gate maintenance and troubleshooting.•Perform occasional transmission or flex plate services (primarily automatic transmissions).Workplace Standards* Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area in compliance with company safety protocols.Equipment & Engines Serviced* Cummins 6.7L and Detroit DD5 engines* Freightliner, International, and Hino trucksRequirements* Proven experience as a diesel or fleet mechanic (all experience levels considered)* Knowledge of basic maintenance and diagnostic procedures* Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn* Must have personal basic hand tools (sockets, wrenches, ratchets, pliers, screwdrivers, headlamp, etc.)* Valid driver's license and reliable transportationPreferred Qualifications* Familiarity with EGR and DPF systems* Experience working on medium-duty truck platforms (Freightliner, International, Hino)* Lift gate troubleshooting or repair experienceWhat We Offer* Competitive hourly pay ($24-$35/hr, based on experience)* Company-provided specialty and heavy-duty tools* Paid training and certification opportunities* Career advancement and growth within a stable company* Supportive, team-oriented work environmentJoin Our TeamTake the next step in your diesel career and join a company that values your skill, respects your time, and invests in your growth. xijylhu Apply today and help us keep our fleet running safely and efficiently!Job Type: Full-timePay: $24.00 - $35.00 per hourExpected hours: No less than 40 per weekBenefits:* 401(k) matching* Health insuranceWork Location: In person
