This role offers the opportunity to work on the analysis, design, and evaluation of various building structures.As a Structural Engineer at EDT, you will collaborate with architects, contractors, and multidisciplinary teams to ensure project success.*Responsibilities** Perform structural analysis and design using industry-standard software and codes.* Develop detailed structural drawings and specifications.* Oversight of design calculations, preparation of the construction documents, reviewing shop drawings and submittals, site reviews, and RFI responses* Review and approve structural calculations, reports, and shop drawings.* Coordinates information across all disciplines to ensure deliverables are compliant with client expectations and EDT Quality levels.* Performs QA/QC in accordance with EDT procedures.* Monitor construction activities to ensure compliance with design documents.* Conduct site visits and inspections to assess existing structures and provide recommendations.* Collaborate with project teams to integrate structural designs with other disciplines.* Mentors and provides oversight to engineering team.
