Lead Electrician- Commercial Service

Ability to interact with customers, run as a team with an apprentice, maintain tools and material on company van, and coordinate multiple jobs visits in per day.Responsibilities:Repair, install and maintain electrical branch circuit wiring and distribution systemsTroubleshoot and repair defective wiring and equipment using various testing instrumentsPerform routine preventative maintenance as neededMentor apprenticesRespond to work order requests in a timely fashionAdhere to all company safety policies and proceduresProvide excellent customer serviceQualifications:Previous experience in Commercial ServiceStrong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skillsStrong customer service skillsFamiliarity with industry tools and equipmentAbility to handle physical workloadAbility to lift 50 poundsClean driving recordPreferred Skills/TrainingBucket truck experienceScheduling software such as Service FusionNew install and remodeling wiringLift TrainingOSHA 10/30We offer great benefits including Health Insurance (the company picks up some of the premium), Dental, Vision, 401K with match, paid holidays/vacations, Company vehicle, Tool & Boot Allowance, EAP, Volunteer Opportunities, Performance bonuses, morale events, and weekly pay!Applicants must be able to pass pre-employment drug screening and background check.
