Entry Level SalesIf your skills, experience, and qualifications match those in this job overview, do not delay your application.Representative: JobSummary: Are youfinancially happy in your current role?  Does your currentposition have opportunities for growth and a rewardingcareer?  If you need to make more money and have a pathway tocareer advancement, then Leaf Home is just the opportunity you'vebeen looking for!   Target earnings of $50,000 to$100,000+   As a Leaf Home Entry Level Sales Representative, youwill work to provide potential customers with your expertise andeducation about the benefits of LeafFilter gutter protection andgutter replacement.  By doing a quick home inspection from thestreet we will teach you how to identify potential homeownerchallenges that Leaf Home has the solution for.  PrimaryResponsibilities: Generate sales leads for our outside sales teamby covering an assigned territory each day, going door todoor and engaging prospective customers at their home aboutLeaf Home products (local travel required).Utilize a consultative selling approach toeducate consumers on the benefits of Leaf Home and gatherinformation for the sales team to reach out and schedule anin-person product demonstration. Report dailyresults to the field management team and develop a collaborativeworking relationship with other sales representatives. Ensure a high qualityand accurate representation of Leaf Home products by representingthe company professionally and ensuring that potential customershave an exceptional experience.   Experience and MinimumQualifications: High school diploma or equivalent. Valid Driver's license, a reliable personalvehicle.  Ability to work evenings andweekends. Excellent verbal and writtencommunication skills at all levels to communicate with internal andexternal stakeholders articulately.Highly motivated to sell with aself-driven desire to meet and exceed goals.Customer focused and results oriented.Professional demeanor and attire. Must be legallyauthorized to work in the country of employment without sponsorshipfor employment visa status (e.g., H1B status).  PhysicalDemands: While performing the duties of this job, theemployee must be able to work outdoors daily with exposure to theelements including inclement weather.  Extended periods ofwalking / standing required. Fieldoffice/manufacturing/construction environment.Sedentary work.
