Associate Tax Attorney

The ideal candidate brings a strong work ethic, is comfortable with a high-volume practice, and is willing to reside in Little Rock, Arkansas to support client needs.Apply fast, check the full description by scrolling below to find out the full requirements for this role.*Qualifications** We are seeking candidates with excellent research, writing, and verbal communication skills, strong organization and attention to detail, and a collaborative, self-motivated, and highly professional approach.*Responsibilities** You will strategically advise clients about their estate planning; drafting wills, trusts and related estate planning documents and assisting clients with trust and estate administration. You will also provide sophisticated tax planning to minimize state and federal income, estate, gift and other transfer taxes, as well as preparing estate and gift tax returns. You will assist with business planning, including entity formation, business succession planning, mergers & acquisitions and representation of businesses in tax-related matters.*Education and Admission** A J.D. and admission to the Arkansas Bar are required for this position.
