PAN-36791630 USScroll down the page to see all associated job requirements, and any responsibilities successful candidates can expect.- Plano TX Office- Onsite 3-4 days/week.$45/hr 1 year+ extension -3 to 5 years exp in Firewalls domain knowledge -Certifications: PCNSA, PCNSE.Pref is PAN Firewall.If not PAN firewall then Cisco firewall experience WITH CCIE certificate.MUST to share a screen shot of the certificate and it will be submitted along with the resume.It will help to get interview quickly.-Network engineers or Network Admins who have strong customer facing experience also works -Ex-PAN are fine as long as they have fulfilled their cool-off period and have good recommend -This is a POST-Sales role.-Work with 6-7 customers which are high-touch; be able to manage multiple accounts simultaneously.Be very confident.At least 5 accounts/customers.Influence to get customers buy more features and enhancements of the products that has been sold.There is a separate sales team.-Recognizes alerts/cases with the customers and direct to correct team for action/resolution.-Be Influential -Need lot of Customer facing exp* Very Important -Need to drive product adoption for NGFW -Comfortable dealing with escalations, talking to various levels of teams and people bottom to top -3 rounds of interviews 30 mins each. xijylhu First with hiring manager, 2nd is technical round and 3rd presentation round.(There will be a panel presentation required that candidates need to make around a features of the firewall that they are comfortable talking about and how they would go about presenting to a customers)
