Child & Adolescent Psychiatrist | Full Time | Inpatient | On-siteAre you the right applicant for this opportunity Find out by reading through the role overview below.Child & Adolescent Psychiatrist | Full Time | Inpatient | On-sitePosition Overview:We are seeking a full time Child & Adolescent Psychiatrist to join our inpatient hospital team in Wichita, Kansas. This full time, onsite role involves providing psychiatric evaluations and medication management for patients aged 5-17. The position offers a supportive environment with a manageable caseload and no weekend or holiday requirements. Wichita ( ) , KansasKey Responsibilities:* Conduct initial psychiatric evaluations and ongoing medication management for a caseload of approximately 16 patients per day.* Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including nursing staff and a Medical Staff Coordinator, to develop and implement individualized treatment plans.* Participate in regular team meetings to discuss patient progress and adjust treatment strategies as needed.* Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with hospital policies and regulatory standards.* Manage caseload of 16 patients/day* Full-time, 40 hours per week.* Monday through Friday.* No on-call duties, weekends, or holidays required.Qualifications:* Psychiatrist with Board Certification or Board Eligibility in Child & Adolescent Psychiatry.* Active, unrestricted medical license in the State of Kansas or the ability to obtain one.* Active DEA registration in Kansas or eligibility to obtain.* Strong clinical skills with a commitment to providing high-quality, patient-centered care. xijylhu Why Join Us:* Be part of a physician-owned and operated organization with over 95% provider retention rates.* Impactful work with underserved youth populations* Collaborative, mission-driven environment* Flexibility to design your schedule around patient care needs* Opportunity to help shape growing programsPId77181db1f92-294
