This role protects delivery performance, technical accuracy, and long-term customer trust.---The Work You'll Be DoingIn this role, you will:Serve as the primary contact for assigned aerospace and defense customer accountsBuild strong, trust-based relationships with buyers and engineering teamsManage projects from PO receipt through final deliveryEnsure parts meet drawing, specification, and contractual requirementsMonitor schedules, priorities, and deadlines across internal departmentsTranslate customer requirements into clear direction for machining and quality teamsProactively identify and resolve risks before they impact deliveryDrive on-time delivery and maintain high levels of customer satisfactionSupport long-term account growth and repeat businessYou will sit at the intersection of engineering, operations, and customer communication"”ensuring alignment and execution across the organization.---Machines, Controls & Software ExposureWhile this is not a hands-on machining role, technical fluency is essential.
