*Education & Training*Increase your chances of an interview by reading the following overview of this role before making an application.*HIRING IMMEDIATELY*Salary posted is based on full-time basis.*Position Summary*The Family Medicine Physician provides comprehensive, high-quality primary care services to patients across the lifespan in an ambulatory clinic setting. This role emphasizes patient-centered, evidence-based care in alignment with Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) standards, HRSA guidelines, and applicable federal, state, and local regulations. The physician collaborates closely with an interdisciplinary care team to promote continuity of care, preventive health, chronic disease management, and population health outcomes.*Essential Duties and Responsibilities** Provide direct patient care, including assessment, diagnosis, treatment, and follow-up for acute and chronic medical conditions for all ages.* Deliver preventive care services, including, but not limited to, physical exams, immunizations, screenings, and health education, women's health.* Manage chronic disease conditions such as diabetes, hypertension, asthma, and cardiovascular disease.* Order and interpret diagnostic tests (laboratory, imaging, etc.) and develop appropriate treatment plans.* Prescribe medications, including controlled substances, and therapies in accordance with clinical guidelines and applicable laws.* Document all patient encounters accurately and timely in the Electronic Medical Record (EMR) system and comply will all billing requirements.* Coordinate care with specialists, hospitals, and ancillary providers; initiate and manage referrals as appropriate.* Participate in quality improvement initiatives, peer reviews, and clinical audits.* Provide culturally competent care to a diverse patient population.* Adhere to productivity standards, clinical protocols, and organizational policies.* Supervise and collaborate with Advanced Practice Providers (APPs), residents, and clinical staff, as assigned.* Participate in on-call coverage, extended hours, and weekend schedules, as required.* Support organizational compliance with HRSA, Joint Commission, NCQA, and other regulatory standards.* Maintain confidentiality and comply with HIPAA and all applicable privacy laws.* Perform other duties as assigned.*Qualifications** Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) from an accredited medical school.* Completion of an accredited Family Medicine residency program.* Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine.*Licensure & Certifications** Active and unrestricted medical license.* Current DEA registration.* BLS certification.* Eligibility for credentialing and privileging under HRSA and organizational standards.*Experience** Minimum 1 year of clinical experience in an outpatient or primary care setting preferred.* Experience working in an FQHC or underserved community setting is strongly preferred.* Experience with ECW EMR systems preferred.*Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities** Strong clinical judgment and diagnostic skills.* Commitment to patient-centered, team-based care.* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.* Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-volume clinical environment.* Cultural competence and sensitivity to diverse populations.* Proficiency with EMR documentation and clinical workflows.* Knowledge of federal and state healthcare regulations, including HRSA requirements.* Ability to supervise and mentor clinical staff.* Strong organizational and time-management skills.*Work Environment & Physical Demands** Work is primarily performed in a clinical office setting.* May require standing, walking, bending, and lifting up to 25 pounds.* Must be able to perform physical examinations and clinical procedures.* Occasional travel between clinic sites may be required.*Compensation & Benefits** Competitive salary based on experience and credentials.* Comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, and retirement plan.* Paid sick, vacation and holidays.* Continuing Medical Education (CME) allowance and paid CME time.* Malpractice insurance coverage.* Loan repayment assistance eligibility (NHSC, where applicable).*Equal Employment Opportunity*Tri-State Community Healthcare Center is an Equal Opportunity Employer. xijylhu We are committed to creating a diverse and inclusive workplace and do not discriminate based on race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, or any other protected characteristic.Job Types: Full-time, Part-timePay: $200,000.00 - $250,000.00 per yearBenefits:* Dental insurance* Health insurance* Life insurance* Loan forgiveness* Paid time off* Retirement plan* Vision insuranceWork Location: In person
