Our collaborative culture emphasizes professional growth, integrity, and outstanding client representation.*Position Summary*We are seeking a motivated and experienced *Workers' Compensation and or Employment Attorney* with *4-5 years of legal experience* to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have solid litigation experience, strong legal research and writing skills, and a passion for advocating for clients in complex workplace matters. This role involves managing a caseload, advising clients, and advocating effectively in administrative and court settings.*Key Responsibilities** Manage a caseload of workers' compensation and employment law matters from intake through resolution.* Represent clients in hearings before the *Workers' Compensation Appeals Board (WCAB)*, *Department of Fair Employment and Housing (DFEH)*, *Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC)*, and other forums.* Draft pleadings, motions, briefs, discovery requests/responses, settlement agreements, and other legal documents.* Conduct legal research and provide sound case strategy and advice.* Communicate and strategize with clients, opposing counsel, and administrative judges.* Participate in settlement negotiations and mediations.* Prepare for and conduct depositions, hearings, and trials as needed.*Qualifications**Required:** Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school.* Active California Bar membership in good standing.* 4-5 years of experience in workers' compensation and employment law litigation.* Strong litigation and case management skills.* Excellent analytical, research, writing, and verbal communication skills.* Ability to manage a high volume of work with professionalism and accuracy.*Preferred:** Prior experience with WCAB, DFEH, EEOC, or State/Federal court proceedings.* Familiarity with California labor and employment statutes, regulations, and case law.* Strong negotiation and client counseling skills.*Compensation & Benefits**Salary:* $115,000 - $150,000 annually (DOE)*Benefits:** Health, dental, and vision insurance* 401(k) plan with employer match* Paid time off and holidays* Professional development support* Flexible work arrangements (where applicable)*Why Join Us** Supportive and collaborative work environment* Opportunity to grow as a skilled litigator* Exposure to complex and varied legal matters* Commitment to work-life balance and professional developmentJoin us to make a meaningful impact by advocating for clients while developing your expertise across a broad spectrum of legal disciplines. xijylhu We value proactive professionals eager to grow within a supportive environment that emphasizes personalized service and excellence.Job Type: Full-timePay: $115,000.00 - $150,000.00 per yearBenefits:* 401(k)* 401(k) matching* Dental insurance* Employee assistance program* Health insurance* Life insurance* Paid time off* Professional development assistance* Referral program* Retirement plan* Vision insuranceWork Location: In person
