With a culture built on safety, service, fun and friendliness, integrity, innovation, and results orientation, our mission at Six Flags New England is to create fun and thrills for all ages.Pay Starting at $17.25/HourIf your skills, experience, and qualifications match those in this job overview, do not delay your application.Responsibilities:Providing technical support to park guests and staff in a positive and professional mannerDeploying, installing, supporting, and maintaining all IT systems and equipment including computer hardware, software, network, phone, and audio-video, including point of sale systems, ticketing, desktop hardware and software, network equipment, phone, and audio-video systemsResponding promptly to all IT calls and work orders; placing help calls when needed to Corporate IT and contractorsDocumenting technical issues and resolutions through use of help desk softwareCompleting daily audit of park systems; Requiring a full walk through of the park at least two times per shiftCompleting daily pre-opening checks of critical park systems, including point of sale, ticketing, Season Pass systems, and network health, along with a detailed check of the park's data centerMaintaining an accurate inventory of all department-owned software and hardware assetsMonitoring and maintaining sound and video equipmentEnforcing all Six Flags New England policiesAssisting in other areas of the park as neededPerforming other incidental and related duties as required and assignedQualifications:Ability to confidentially handle sensitive information/Experience working with Microsoft Technologies including Active Directory, SCCM, PowerShell, Office 365, etc.Basic knowledge of VoIP systems xijylhu Ability to troubleshoot and problem solve computer and network related issues independentlyAbility to work in an outdoor environment in all weather conditionsIntermediate computer skillsWilling to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidaysAble to meet the physical demands of the job, with or without reasonable accommodations, including walking long distances, standing for long periods of time, lifting, working at heights, etc.Able to communicate effectively in the English language, including the ability to read, speak, and understand the English language18 years old or older
