Discover your next career opportunity now!Position Overview:Supporting ARKA's King of Prussia site, the IT Help Desk Technician will be the sole onsite IT support for an office of approximately 70 end users. You will play a critical role in expanding and update the site. With a customer-centric approach, you will be responsible for diagnosing, troubleshooting, and documenting technical issues through onsite and remote support.Responsibilities:Provide IT support through chat, phone, email, in person and ticketing systemTriage and respond to all requests in an appropriate and timely mannerDocument, record, and log work in the ticket systemFacilitate onboarding and offboarding of usersMaintaining inventory of IT equipmentInstallation, configuration, upgrade, and maintain desktops, laptops, notebooks, printers, mobile devices, and cell phonesAssign file and folder permissions as neededSupport various technologies including Windows Desktop/Server/Active Directory architecture, Microsoft365 Collaboration suite (Outlook/Exchange email, Teams collaboration, etc.) and Multifactor authenticationPartner with other help desk team members and escalate issues accordinglyMay occasionally work off-hours, including weekly on-call schedule, to support the coordination of problem resolution and maintain continuous operationsRequired Qualifications:High School Diploma; bachelor's in information technology, computer science, or related field preferred3+ years' work experience in helpdesk support; experience being the sole IT support for a single site is a plusKnowledge of computer systems, cloud applications, and networks with various operating systems and solutionsExcellent communication and documentation skillsProven customer-focused service orientationProven knowledge of basic troubleshootingStrong problem-solving skillsAbility to maintain a high degree of flexibility and assist others as neededAbility to be onsite in King of Prussia 5 days/weekSecurity+ CertificationActive TS/SCI CI Poly U.S. Government Security ClearanceLocation: King of Prussia, PASituated less than an hour outside of Philadelphia and hosting the largest mall on the east coast, King of Prussia offers the urban feel sought in the city, while also giving opportunities to experience the beauty and history found only in Pennsylvania.What We Offer:Comprehensive medical/vision/dental insurance packagesCompany contributions to qualified HSA accounts401k retirement plan with industry leading company contributions3 weeks of vacation accrual per year plus time off for sick leave and unscheduled life events13 paid holidaysUpfront tuition assistance for approved degree programsAnnual bonus program based on company and employee performanceCompany paid life insurance, AD&D, Short-Term and Long-Term disability insurance4 weeks paid Parental LeaveEmployee assistance program (EAP)EHS/Environmental Requirements:This job operates in a professional office environment.
