As a Lead Software engineer, you will be designing and building next generation Healthcare digital capabilities leveraging latest technology stack and platforms. Ability to work in large, collaborative teams to achieve organizational goals, and passionate about building an innovative culture Estimated salary range for this position is $126148.63 - $163993.22 / year depending on experience.Qualifications:Degrees:Bachelors.Additional Qualifications:Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science or equivalent is required.10+ years of professional software development experience.7+ years of programming experience with at least one modern language such as Java/C++/C# including object-oriented design or any js technologies like Nodejs, Reactjs etc.5+ years of experience contributing to the architecture and design (architecture, design patterns, reliability and scaling) of new and current systems.Knowledge of AWS, GCP, MS Azure or similar cloud computing platforms is a plus.Experience working in DevOps or on open source projects is a significant plus.Demonstrated problem solving and debugging skills.Effective Leader, collaborator, experienced in creating technical partnerships across teams.Knowledgeable and experienced in UKG Pro WFM Timekeeping. Handling system configuration, maintenance and troubleshooting in Timekeeping, Scheduling, Analytics and Absence Management modules.Boomi Integrations expertise. Able to design, develop, and implement integration solutions using Boomi. Responsibilities include gathering requirements, creating technical specifications, and collaborating with clients to ensure successful project delivery. Creating and documenting test cases and scenarios. You must have expertise in API management and various communication protocols.UKG Pro WFM API working knowledge. Able to provide technical expertise and help consult in integrations using and managing WFM API endpoints for third party systems that both gather and update information in UKG Pro WFM.Practiced in UKG Timeclock Lifecycle (9100, Intouch DX)Creating Soft KeysLogs and Troubleshooting clock issuesClock setup and configurationTroubleshooting Clock issuesSetting up EventsStrong communication skills and able to take ownership of issues for resolution.Proactively identifies, leads, plans, and executes on business, process and system improvements.
