As a BCBA at PSBG, you will: Conduct functional behavior assessments Design individualized, evidence-based treatment plans Analyze data and adjust programming to ensure meaningful progress Supervise and mentor RBTs Provide parent training that empowers families Collaborate with schools and multidisciplinary professionals We value thoughtful clinical decision-making, not cookie-cutter programming and not unrealistic productivity expectations.
