The role involves defending insureds and advising carriers on liability, exposure, and coverage issues across a range of claims.Key Responsibilities:Handle all phases of insurance defense litigation, including pleadings, discovery, depositions, motion practice, mediations, and trial preparationDefend high-exposure personal injury and premises liability mattersRepresent professionals in malpractice and professional liability claimsAnalyze and litigate insurance coverage issuesTake and defend fact and expert depositionsDraft and argue dispositive motions and discovery motionsPartner directly with claims professionals and in-house counsel to develop litigation and coverage strategiesProvide timely, practical case evaluations and exposure assessmentsInterested in hearing more?
