OTE $200,000 - $400,000 (60% salary, 40% commission) + RSU'sFull suite of benefits and room for significant growth Medical, Dental, Vision, Disability and Life Insurance PTO + Paid Holidays and much more!Job DetailsKey Responsibilities:Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing customersDrive revenue growth via direct and channel salesManage accounts in Automotive, AI/Server, Networking, Industrial, and emerging marketsPresent products to engineers and management, provide technical and commercial supportCoordinate with distributors and channel partners to expand customer baseMaintain CRM with accurate pipeline, forecasts, and account dataProvide market feedback and support new product ideasQualifications:BS/BA in Engineering8+ years in technical sales, FAE, or account management5+ years experience in Automotive or AI/Server/Networking preferredKnowledge of circuits, semiconductor industry, and functional block diagramsStrong Excel, PowerPoint, and English communication skillsDesired Attributes:Self-motivated, proactive problem solverEngaging personality with strong presentation and collaboration skillsAbility to work independently and in a team environmentStrong business acumen to identify opportunities and drive resultsInterested in hearing more?
