Accelerated Career Growth!Job DetailsJob Details:We are seeking a dynamic and dedicated Project Manager to join our team in the Construction industry. This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned professional to manage projects from inception to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. As a Project Manager, you will be playing a pivotal role in the planning, execution, monitoring, control, and closure of projects, while maintaining constant communication with all stakeholders. This role demands a high level of leadership, problem-solving skills, and a deep understanding of the construction industry. Responsibilities: Oversee all aspects of construction project management, including planning, coordination, budgeting, and risk management. Develop comprehensive project plans that merge customer requirements with company goals and coordinate various managers and technical personnel during all project phases. Effectively communicate project expectations to team members and stakeholders in a timely and clear manner. Manage project progress and adapt work as required, ensuring project stays on schedule and within budget. Conduct site inspections to ensure conformance with design specifications and building codes. Prepare internal and external reports pertaining to job status, daily progress, estimates, and deliverables. Negotiate contracts with external vendors to reach profitable agreements. Monitor compliance with building and safety regulations. Coordinate with clients, subcontractors, and design professionals as necessary. Resolve any problems that may arise due to unforeseen circumstances or challenges on site.Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field preferred NOT required Minimum of 5 years of experience in the construction industry, with a focus on civil construction. Proven experience as a Project Manager or in a similar role in construction projects. In-depth understanding of construction procedures, material, and project management principles. Excellent knowledge of construction project management software such as Procore or similar. Outstanding communication and negotiation skills. Exceptional organizational and time-management skills. Ability to lead and inspire a team, with a solution-oriented mindset. Excellent problem-solving abilities. Familiarity with quality and health and safety standards.
