Job Title: Accounting Specialist (Temporary)Check below to see if you have what is needed for this opportunity, and if so, make an application asap.Location: OnsitePay: $27-30 per hourHours are 7:30am to 4:30pmWe are seeking a detail-oriented Accounting Specialist to support full-cycle Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable functions.Key Responsibilities:Accounts Payable Process approximately 150 invoices per monthMatch invoices to purchase orders and packing slips; resolve discrepanciesMaintain vendor master file and communicate with vendorsRun check payments; record wires, ACH, and manual paymentsPrepare annual 1099 formsReview freight charges and allocate to customers as neededAssist with monthly accruals Accounts Receivable/Collections/CreditInvoice daily shipments and post cash receiptsPrepare bank deposits and reconcile customer accountsIssue credit/debit memos and process customer refundsSend monthly customer statementsPost wires and apply payments accuratelyVerify RMAs and manage stock rotation, scrap, and co-op creditsRespond to resale and 1099 requestsRun aging report and follow up on past due accountsReview xijylhu credit limits and place holds on accounts as neededKey Requirements:BA/BS in Accounting/Finance or related experience3+ years of AP and AR experienceIntermediate Excel skills (vlookup/pivot tables)Keen eye for details and ability to work well in a fast-paced environmentPandoLogic.
