Experienced Litigation Attorney

Desirable candidates should have 8+ plus years of insurance defense litigation along with courtroom experience, be able take depositions, research, write motions and supporting memoranda, and travel to courts in the Commonwealth. Good organizational, communication, writing skills and attention to details are a must.
